  • Christopher Chwee - Acting Coach

    As an Actor in New York Christopher has worked for numerous theatre companies including ESPA @ Primary Stages, 59 E59 Street, NYC Fringe, and The Workshop Theatre. Some Favorite Off Broadway Credits include Four Dogs & A Bone, Titus Andronicus, & Tartuffe. When he is not acting or coaching he can be seen hosting & performing at comedy clubs such as Carolines (RIP), Gotham, Greenwich Village, & Broadway Comedy.

    Film/TV credits include Men in Black III, Vish Merrick on Amazon Prime, and Rare Birds of Fashion. Commercially he has shot print work for Zara, Ugg Boots, Target, and BMW/Mini Cooper and his voice can also be heard on Diet Coke, Colgate Education, and numerous US Mall commercials.

    In 2017 Christopher was nominated at the Indie Series Awards for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his work in the series Rare Birds of Fashion.

    As an acting coach his students can be seen on Broadway, National Tours as well as the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Law & Order, Will & Grace, Marvel, HBO, CBS, ABC, Hulu and Netflix.

  • Lauren Shields - Acting Coach

    Lauren Shields (She/Her) is a NYC based Director, Acting coach, and Audition Repertoire Coach. Her directing work has been seen in festivals and theaters all over New York and New Jersey. Lauren believes that the artistic nature of our work is to help the audience continue to digest the recurring events in our lives along with our reactions to them, in the hopes, new exposure and perspective will generate action and change.

    Lauren is currently studying directing at the Actors Studio Drama School at PACE University to receive her MFA. She also studied musical theatre at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lauren is the founder of Audition Checkup, a coaching company and the Co-Founder of Blank Page Theatre Company.

  • Rarmian Newton - Acting Coach

    Rarmian Newton is an Australian actor best known for his work as Maashous Evers in RISE (NBC,) Peter Saunders in Mr Mercedes (NBC/Peacock) and Ethan Davies in Tell Me a Story (CBS.) Rarmian started acting in theatre early in his life, touring Australia as Young Peter in Hugh Jackman’s Boy From Oz, and as Billy Elliot in the internationally renowned and Tony award winning production of Billy Elliot the Musical.

    He then moved to the USA to begin a career in Film and TV. Rarmian has worked with such notable actors as Hugh Jackman, Rosie Perez, Brendan Gleeson, Joan Allen, Kim Cattrall, Holland Taylor, Josh Radnor and Kate Mulgrew. He has worked roles on most major TV networks; NBC, ABC, CBS and AMC to name a few.

    Recently he has worked on the Film adaptation of the video game Uncharted, starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg and Antonio Banderas.

  • Dominick LaRuffa Jr.

    Dominick recently starred in the Off-Broadway world premiere of ‘TIL Death opposite Tony Winners Judy Kaye and Robert Cuccioli, and led the world premiere of Powerhouse at A.R.T NY.  Known for his film and TV work, his recent credits include Bull (CBS/Paramount+), Gravesend (Amazon), The Irishman (Netflix), and the upcoming Abandoned Heights. Favorite Off-Broadway roles include How Alfo Learned to Love, My Big Gay Italian Midlife Crisis, Wedding, and Funeral.

    For over a decade, he has successfully produced on Broadway, Off Broadway and in film. His work as a Broadway producer has garnered him Six Tony Award nominations. Favorites includes:: All The Way, You Can’t Take It With You, On The Town, Deaf West Theatre’s Revival of Spring Awakening, The Realistic Joneses, China Doll, Six Degrees of Separation, American Son, The Lifespan of a Fact, Betrayal, and The Kite Runner.

    Dominick is the founder of Blue Collar Artist Studio, where he excels as an acting coach and development consultant. He is dedicated to teaching and guiding actors and creatives, helping them refine their craft and achieve their professional goals. His approach includes personalized coaching, workshops, and consulting services that address both artistic development and career strategy. Dominick’s extensive, and continuing, industry experience enables him to provide valuable insights and support to actors at all stages of their careers, fostering growth and personally aligned success.

  • NaTonia Monét - Improv & Acting Coach

    NaTonia Monét (Actor, Dancer, Singer) hails from Richmond, Virginia with her start at The Richmond Ballet for 11 years. She then went on to The Florida State University to earn her B.F.A. in Dance. She has toured around the world (West Side Story & Dreamgirls) and can be seen in tv/film as well as commercials.

    Favorite credits include: Broadway’s Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, Sweet Charity, The Wiz, West Side Story & Dreamgirls.

    TV: “The Last O.G.”, “The Other Two”, & “Survival of The Thickest” NaTonia is also an award winning filmmaker: 2020 ALL THE LAUGHS COMEDY FESTIVAL winner & 2021 AUSTIN COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL winner. You can see her in the upcoming production of PAL JOEY playing at New York’s City Center this fall.

  • Brian O'Neil - Senior BFA Audition Prep, Monologue & Business of Acting Coach

    Brian O'Neil is the best-selling author of "Acting As a Business: Strategies for Success: Fifth Edition '' which is now in its 40th printing. A former talent agent and manager, Brian currently teaches "Acting as a Business'' at both NYU and Julliard where he also serves as industry advisor.

    In addition to his current duties at Juilliard and NYU, Brian has also taught & lectured at Yale School of Drama, Columbia University, Brown University/Trinity Rep, University of California, San Diego/La Jolla Playhouse, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, University of San Diego/Old Globe Theatre Professional Actor Training Program and many others!

    Some of Brian's former students include Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Jim Parsons, Alex Sharp, Danielle Brooks, & Corey Hawkins to name a few.

  • Jazelle Foster - Career & Branding Coach

    Jazelle Foster is an Actor, Acting Coach & Media and Marketing Specialist.

    A working actor mostly known for her recurring role in ABC’s What Would You Do?! with John Quinones. Commercial work for brands such as Olay, Target, AT&T & Uber. Co-Lead in God’s Compass streaming on Amazon.

    Jazelle has taught hundreds of actors around New York City at studios such as T. Schreiber, Denise Simon Studio, and Actor’s Connection. Additionally, she teaches the ins & outs of the entertainment business to 130K students on her youtube channel! Alongside her acting efforts, Jazelle is a media & marketing specialist. She manages & consults for companies such as The Acting Institute with Larry Silverberg, Denise Simon Coaching & T. Schreiber Studio. Jazelle believes that creating ways to talk about your business without selling your business is an integral part of a successful creative career.
